As the former National US Operations Director for Computer Troubleshooters, I have had the opportunity to take part in the largest computer franchise organization in the world, at many different levels. Computer Troubleshooters offers many advantages through its strength in numbers that most independent IT consultants do not enjoy. So when the opportunity arrived to return to my home in the East Metro Atlanta area and serve the friends and clients I have had for many years as their local CT, I could not say no.
